I served as the lead creative on this project, collaborating with my Senior Design Manager to take Water Hazard from an emerging trend to a fully developed, market-ready product.
Water Hazard emerged after identifying a fast-growing influencer trend on golf courses: mixing Gatorade with vodka, lemonade, and Sprite. Recognizing the opportunity, Founders moved quickly to become the first to market with a packaged version of this drink and simultaneously launched a new brand line, Founders Craft Cocktails. While the brewing team developed a unique, proprietary blend, we built the brand identity in parallel.
We created a full branding proposal outlining the brand position, visual direction, and activation opportunities for this innovative beverage. The concept was quickly approved, and in less than two months we finalized the liquid, completed the full brand identity, secured the trademark for Water Hazard, and prepared all packaging and materials for TTB submission. This project was a true cross-departmental effort—partnering closely with Quality, Compliance, Production, and leadership to bring the idea to life at record speed.
